Getting the Best Image
First, the most important thing is to be well hydrated on a daily (8 to 10 glasses of 8 oz of water) basis by upping the intake of water (14 to 16 glasses) a week before your appointment! This will make your images very sharp and clear by being well hydrated.
Drinking water is the best thing you can do for a growing baby!
The next thing to do is try to schedule appointments around your eating schedule, if possible. By getting hungry, you are waking your baby up! Then, we would like you to eat a sandwich or some other small meal 10 min. before your scheduled appointment in order to get baby moving.
By being well hydrated, getting hungry, and eating just prior to the appointment, mom will be well hydrated, and baby will be up and moving which will provide an opportunity for the best images.
